Boulch, who has served as the hospital’s chief nursing officer (CNO) since 2023, brings extensive leadership experience and a deep understanding of the hospital’s operations, staff, and patient needs.

Saline Memorial Hospital welcomes the first baby of 2025
January 03, 2025Saline Memorial Hospital is ringing in 2025 celebrating the year’s first bundle of joy, a baby girl named Ma’loni. Iris, the child’s mom, gave birth at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 1. Ma’loni weighed 4 pounds and 15 ounces and measured 19.25 inches.

New cardiology provider joins the team at Saline Health System
November 04, 2024On Friday, Nov. 1, Saline Cardiology, a department of Saline Memorial Hospital, welcomed a new nurse practitioner specializing in heart care. Katelyn Warren will be treating patients alongside Dr. Jeffrey Stewart at the clinic and will be making rounds at Saline Memorial Hospital. Warren said she is dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care to all of her patients.

October 10, 2024BENTON, Ark. (October 10, 2024) – Sandy George and her daughter, Missy Bishop, share a lot of meaningful family traditions: herb gardening, decorating, design. When Bishop asks her mom for a recipe, it usually means that George comes over to cook it by memory, and the mother and daughter duo measure out all the ingredients to write it down for future generations. Over the years, they have come to value another important family tradition: getting their annual mammograms at Saline Memorial Hospital.

Saline Memorial Hospital launches comprehensive study to evaluate health needs of the community
September 24, 2024Saline Memorial Hospital, in collaboration with other local health professionals and stakeholders, has launched a comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), to identify public health needs and priorities in Saline County and its neighboring communities. The CHNA is a systematic collection, assembly, analysis and dissemination of information about the comprehensive health of the community. Its role is to identify factors that negatively affect the health of a population and determine the availability of resources with the community to adequately address those factors. Saline Health System’s Interim CEO Jeff Bourgeois said the assessment will provide a rich foundation for improving and promoting the health of each community member.

Saline Memorial Hospital opens UAMS Milk Bank Depot
July 19, 2024Saline Memorial Hospital, in support of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Milk Bank, has opened a milk depot in Benton. The new milk depot is a designated space for women to donate milk, which will be sent to the UAMS Milk Bank for screening, pasteurization and nutritional analysis. After processing, milk will be sent, according to need, to hospitals throughout Arkansas. Before making a donation, donors must complete an initial screening through the UAMS Milk Bank.

Saline Health System earns Platinum Performance Achievement Award
July 16, 2024Saline Memorial Hospital has earned the 2024 Platinum Performance Achievement Award, the highest honor available from the American College of Cardiology’s NCDR Chest Pain – MI Registry. Hospitals that participate in the registry report data about all acute myocardial infarctions treated, and the quality of care is tracked based on following the treatment guidelines outlined by the American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association. Saline Memorial Hospital consistently met the benchmarks for two consecutive years (2022 and 2023) and qualified at the highest levels on the performance measures.
