Char Boulch
CEO
Char Boulch, MSN, RN, was 19 when she found her passion: helping people. She was working as a patient access clerk at the time, and she decided to follow in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother, who were both nurses.
She attended nursing school and went to work in the emergency department at North Broward Medical Center in Florida. Over the next 20 years, she progressed in her career from assistant nurse manager to department director to assistant chief nursing officer. Her most recent position was chief nursing officer at Willamette Valley Medical Center in Oregon.
During this time, she also earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from South University and a master's degree in nurse leadership from Walden University. She is currently working on earning her doctorate degree in nursing practice. She joined the Saline Health System family in February 2023 as chief nursing officer. She was appointed as CEO in February 2025.
Tim Donahue
Chief Financial Officer
Tim Donahue joined the Saline Health System team in March 2023.
He brings more than 20 years of experience working in health care finance, including serving as chief financial officer at hospitals and medical equipment companies in Kentucky.
He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Louisville. As chief financial officer, he provides leadership and direction to all financial departments for the overall fiscal responsibility of the hospital.
