Generations Older Adult Unit

The Generations Unit is a 19-bed licensed unit where we recognize the different needs of older adults and the issues related to aging. These needs are addressed through an individually tailored treatment plan that will offer a variety of daily programs and activities including:

Group counseling
Individual therapy
Medication management
Music groups
Recreational activities
Discharge planning
Continued Care Planning

Common reasons for admission to the Generations Unit include:

Anxiety
Aggression
Confusion/Disorientation
Depression
Fear
Paranoia
Hallucinations
Delusions
Memory loss
Mood swings
Sleep disturbances
Social withdrawal
Suicidal thoughts
Wandering
