Saline Memorial Hospital’s Behavioral Health Services Leader Receives Employee of the Year Recognition

Saline Memorial Hospital and Psychiatric Medical Care are pleased to announce that Lisa Sheppard, RN MSN, Program Director for the hospital’s Behavioral Health Services, has received the 2021 Inpatient Division Team Member of the Year award. 

Lisa Sheppard, RN, MSN continually demonstrates outstanding patient care, excellent comprehension and execution of compliance regulations, and strong community engagement, which are the core components of the Award.  “She brings expertise, passion and new ideas to everything she does.  Lisa’s leadership has helped the hospital care for more than 800 patients having a mental health crisis in 2021.  In addition, she spearheaded community education campaigns to help prevent suicide and raise awareness about mental health issues,” said Beth Marczynski, spokesperson for PMC.
