Nursing Shared Governance Council

We wanted to take a moment to introduce you to our Nursing Shared Governance Committee: Matt, Jenny, Wilyn, Meredith, Bryson, Anna, Jasmine, Katelyn and Claire. The committee is made of registered nurses from many different departments who are committed to helping Saline Memorial Hospital be at its best for both patients and team members. They are making a difference in areas like patient education, the peer review process and professional development for the staff.

It's all about empowering our team members to drive improvement!
